During the last few years, Kerala has become my preferred yearly destination. Ayurvedic medicine and its treatments have caught my attention since the beginning, but l had never experienced it until early 2023. While staying in Kozhikode, l started looking for a reputable historical clinic, where l could get treated, and my research led me to Kairali Kalari & Ayurveda clinic. I have then walked to the facility, located in the very heart of Kozhikode, and have been promptly received by Mr. Dheeraj Gurukkal. I was impressed by his kind manners since the beginning, while still assessing my past and current health condition. He proposed a session of kalari massage and kizhi massage treatments, which he performed personally with knowledge and expertiese. After some days of rest, my body started feeling the benefits of the treatment, with no more back pain or other types of inflammation. The effect was not just temporary, but lasted all year long, and therefore, l am taking some maintenance treatment this year as well.
