Writing this review with heart full of love and happiness of God healing.
Ayurveda a part of yogic culture in the land of wisdom, Bharat, so doesn’t require any further introduction. Practitioner and the place of practice are well important for the healing process. Dheeraj Gurukal, blessed by both God and his ancestors, is the guru who look after this Kalari and a Gentle, kind and compassionate soul who is always willing to help the fellow beings.
In the malayalam month of Karkidakam, myself and my mother took chikitsa. Gurukal provided me with Kalari style uzhichil which I felt different and afresh compared to usual uzhichil. There are mainly two type hand uzhichil and chavitti uzhichil in Ayurveda. It depends upon the personal preferences and cannot say only one is the best. Staffs are friendly and kind as well. Mother’s uzhichil was taken cared by a women practitioner. Arishtam, kashayams and herbal tablet was provided to boost and support the healing internally. Hand made oils used was good and effective in rejuvenating the body.
The whole chikitsa helped the body and mind in alignment with the true nature, calm, peace and happiness.
Yoga is union with the god and god is pure love. This love is shared each other as healing in yogic practice of Ayurveda.
